"my neighborhood is in the woods and the traffic is bad and noisy. Two bicyclists were hit and killed on my road. "

"The Schools in the county are the best in the state and they people are very friendly. My wife and I enjoy strolls to the beach and dining at some of the local restaurants. The selection is limited for dining and nightlife but the piece of mind for safety and ambience makes up for it. My only issues are that public transportation is limited so you must have a vehicle to manuever and that most stores like walmart, larger supermarkets, and shops are at least 15 min away. The town has a local supermarket and some smaller shops, but to get fast food and/or go shopping you must drive. I'm a city kid and grew up in a large metropolitan area and i can say its the total opposite. I enjoy the quite and quaint feel of the area. The commute to DC is not that bad for work you can drive to the metro or catch commuter bus. All in all i was looking for nice neighborhood and piece of mind and in chesapeake beach I may just have found it!! "
