A monthly professional cleaning is included in this rental, though regular cleaning by tenants is expected between professional cleanings. Owner also covers regular yard maintenance.

Parking for up to 3 cars is available for an extra fee per car. Street parking is also easily available with DC tags and zone 3 parking permit.

Basement is not a part of this rental. Beautiful backyard with 2 patios, fully fenced, shared with the basement unit. Basement unit will be owner-occupied, so we will be close by to help quickly if anything comes up.

    "Tenleytown has a great neighborhood feel while still being close to everything (restaurants, Rock Creek Park, Chevy Chase, and great shops). The Wilson pool is a world class facility and the new library is wonderful as well. Many homes are being purchased by younger buyers and are being brought back to their orginal charm. I think that now is a great time to buy here. We are getting to know our neighbors in a way we never did in other parts of the city. There is a unique sense of community in this area."
