2. Lease Duration:
Long-Term Residential Lease: A fixed term of one (1) year, with the possibility of renewal upon agreement.

3. Rental Price:
A fixed monthly rent will be established, not subject to seasonal adjustments, to provide stability for both the tenant and landlord. Rent will include community fees but utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant.
