    "It’s a quiet, upcoming area with a diverse population. There are many generations that reside here as well, from newly weds, single parent households, families, and elderly. Many houses are being updated. Everyone is nice, the independent business owners are social and recognize you by name. I really enjoy the neighborhood and have been here for 7 years. No one has ever bothered me or put home. The only drawback is that there are no large grocers within walking distance, and no true park areas. "
