No pets. NO drugs. 35 minutes to Durango, Colorado, 20 minutes to Farmington, NM, 30 minutes to Navajo Lake & Marina. Perfect for medical workers and law enforcement. Must have a proven rental history and references. Credit check will be provided with application. $1,200 a month, first and last months rent to move in upon acceptance. Outdoor activities: Hiking, skiing, several mountain biking trails, Navajo Lake and Marina (largest lake in New Mexico) San Juan and Animas rivers are close by with world class fishing on the San Juan River, Aztec Indian ruins long with lots of other ancient ruins for day trips close by, Purgatory Ski Resort, Telluride Ski Resort, Colorado's southern border is 15 miles away, Durango, Colorado is 35 minutes away, two large hospitals are within a 35 mile commute in Durango and Farmington, New Mexico. There are three city police departments, Farmington PD; Aztec, PD; Bloomfield, PD. San Juan County Sheriff's Office and New Mexico State Police. All are currently hiring. We have the San Juan County Detention Facility who is also hiring. San Juan Regional Hospital in Farmington, NM and Mercy Medical Center in Durango, Colorado. We are surrounded by open BLM land to explore.
No smoking inside unit, no pets, first and last month's rent due to move in. Utilities; electric, gas, water, garbage included but you pay tv & internet. No drugs. No overnight guests or large gatherings without landlord approval. Must give at least 30 day's notice prior to moving out of unit. Will begin showings 05/01/2024. Possibly sooner.

"My neighborhood is nice. Although there is not much for public transportation here in Aztec it is not at all difficult to get around town most things are a short walk. Commuting for work on the other hand is a must for most and you better have your own vehicle. There are not to many jobs here in Aztec itself. So driving to Durango,Co or Farmington,Nm are next best options. Both are within 15-45 minutes depending on which place you are headed."

"I see dogs around here all the time some walk around with nothing an other dog owners get made cause they have trouble keep there dog controlled. many kids around here that loved dogs too my puppy loves the kids. "

"Small town atmosphere, people are very friendly and truly helpful while allowing for personal privacy. The elementary school is 1 house away. Children can safely walk to school in 3 minutes or less."

"Quiet family friendly neighborhood within walking distance of Lydia Rippey and Koogler Schools. High School students can also easily walk to AHS. Florence City Park with grass field and tennis/baksetball courts adjoins the neighborhood and provides access to Riverside and Hartman Parks via the Animas River trail system. Convenient and quick road access to Safeway and downtown Aztec. "
