-The pictures were taken before the renovation. Doing some renovation now. (Still good to show if you don't mind). Will be ready before 05/15. Will upload new pictures when the renovation has been completed.
-Owner has a German shepherd in the yard. The dog is very friendly.

-one special pet's room(has window)/storage in the living room
- Security Deposit and First Month's Rent Required Prior to Occupancy
- Credit and Background Check Required ,apply through Zillow
- Renter's Insurance Required
-each adult should submit an application separately
-12 months paystub and 12 months bank statements
-two years tax return
-tenants pay electricity bill. Rent and utilities are due on the 1st of each month. Owner pays the water.
-Rent paid after the 1st day of each month results in a 5% late fee
-Non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 after move-out and lease ending
-No guest overnight stays unless approved prior by the owner
-One year lease with month to month option after a year
-No smoking in unit
-pets are allowed. Pet fee: 400$/pet/year, 500$ deposit, pet fee and deposit should be paid before moving in
-previous(latest)landlord contact information is required(Hawai'i only); three previous addresses are required(in 5 years, no need five years ago)

"Few robbery around the neighborhood need to lock up your house and make sure to look your surroundings at all times we are a victim of Burglary last summer make sure to. Feeling unsafe. What else you want me to say."
