"They need to have eyes on their young children at all times while at play. Please, let's clean up in our alleys. Louisville Metro needs to do better cleaning in streets & back alleys. The "One Way" streets are very alarming! civilians are casually driving down the opposite direction of One Way streets. Especially on 38th Street (River Park). "
