"they have a chili fest down here every year and they have some kind of festival at the library every year a lot of people show up Portland is not a bad area if you have friends down here that you can trust where I live at it's not so bad but you do always need to be watching your back I wouldn't mind having an apartment or house down here and bringing my son down "
