3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere were a many fight last year. you could talk to staff about being bully and discrimination most staff don't do must about the situation until it becomes a fight between the students. Some teachers are not always helpful and may cause they issues between theirs student. Sports are more fond towards male sport then females sport. The boys get better thing then the girls in the sports department. Most of the guidance counselor are not the best but there are 3 other that are amazing with their students. there other teacher that are welling to work and push there student to the best potential and will take there time to work with the students. this teacher also will help the student if being bullied or discrimination. There Special Education is very helpful .Other Review3mo ago - Briscoe Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers have bullied and targeted my son. They have removed him from his classes and kept him in a room alone, they have told and set up plans and then gone back and refused, they have lied and accused him of using his phone when he wasn't I know he wasn't and when other kids have blatantly used their phones and they just them, but single him out every single time, they have told him to his face that he will not pass and have said other rude things to his face, they gave him detention when he went to the counselors office even though they told him he could do. They singled him out all the time and did all this and more knowing he has sever anxiety. Because of this he does not feel safe there. We are working with a Children's Advocate now because that is how bad this has gotten.Parent Review1y ago - Hannah Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child left this school not knowing how to Write!! I asked every year to please help him....they all said "sure" but no difference. No writing in Cursive either...When I asked, why?, some lame-brained 5th grade teacher said, "oh, we don't teach that since they wil be using iPads"!!! OMG, are you kidding....No authority. Too many women in charge here. Stay away!!!Parent Review4y ago - Check out schools near 36 James St.

"First period colonial houses on the coast. A deep, rich history along with great restaurants, colleges, and parks. Most people are friendly and are willing to say hello and see how their neighbors are doing. A very nice place to live. Next to all the unique areas of the North Shore and not so far from Boston. This place is a truly a picturesque and historic town overflowing with charm and beauty. "

"Dog owners would love my neighborhood we have plenty of open space Dean Street Beech independence Park dogs are very welcome in this community. Most people are respectful and pick up after their dogs although there are a few that think it’s OK to leave their poop bags around but that is probably an average of 10% of the dog owners"

"They would like the Beach. It’s difficult to explain the rules but often more dogs than people. Many are off leash as there’s lots of room to run at low tide. Not so great when lots of people are on the beach. Summer weekends not so great. Lots of good side streets for dog walking too."
