It offers a lot of opportunities for children that need extra help and was a great experience for my child's 7th grade! 8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am a substitute teacher and have found that most of the people who work at Washington HS, from the administrators to the teachers, clerical staff, and custodial staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel welcomed and respected for the most part. The curricula is rigorous and allgned to the CA State Standards from the General Education classes to the AP classes. I have subbed in a few Spedial Education classes and again find that the students are challenged, respected and treated very, very well. Most of the students are polite, repectful and well-behaved. It is my impression that they enjoy learning in school; they are challenged academically, and students hold many of their teachers in the highest regard.Other Review2y ago - Check out schools near 35916 Niles Blvd.

"When you drive down the main street, it’s like going back in time. You’ll find antique stores and ice cream and the best pizza in town. There’s always something going on from car shows to garden tours. We even have a train but you can take through the canyon To the next town for a picnic."

"Traditional town like vibe . Respectful community. It’s kinda in its own little spot in town, and holdups the north east part of town more or less the bottom of Niles Canyon. "

"Living in the bay area can be a little crazy and in this area of Fremont you will find an oasis of tranquility in this sea a craziness. Main Street has many antique shops and a growing number of great eating venues. If you forget something at the grocery store Mikey's probably carries the item. The elementary school has a great reputation and this past spring as I was walking my dog I watched the kids square dancing on the front patio of the school."
