They also have a basketball team and a volleyball team which you could join in from 7th to 8th grade. Great teachers at Hoover to help you learn and counselor as well. "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 2 years now. The HOA is pretty expensive ($666/yr for our house) and they are a little annoying with the notices. But the people are mostly good. We have a couple issues with neighbors letting dogs run, lots of feral cats, and we’ve had a couple break-ins tonout car and backyard. Overall, a good neighborhood. "

"We like the neighbors and some of the neighborhood, more than other parts...we pay too much to live in Venetian Gardens PUD’s...wish we stayed in our large home in Venetian Gardens on the 3 par golf course!!"
