-Number of Occupants Allowed By Law-
City ordinances for this zoning do not allow more than 3 unrelated individuals to rent this property. Most homes in residential zoning do not allow more than 3 unrelated to live there. City law says that Dwelling units located in (RS) Single-Dwelling Residential zoned districts are permitted to be occupied by a family unit that is related by blood, marriage or adoption or by no more than three-unrelated persons.

Some properties that we manage do allow 4 or more so if looking for a property like that, please ask us which properties we have available with that zoning. The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that.

Tenants are not allowed to use the property as an AirBnB and cannot sub-rent out rooms or some or all of the space in any way.

-Pets Allowed by Landlord-
Tenants are required to immediately pay an additional $300 pet deposit and additional $25 per month per pet.

Good credit required. Our minimum TransUnion credit score is 650 no matter the source of income of the applicants.
