Gather outside on the deck, in the great room around the fire pit or breakaway with a few others to the loft. Not off-grid but near the edge. No gas station or grocery on the mountain plan accordingly. Clark County ordinance requires a 30-night minimum rental.
Fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. Rent includes Internet (T-Mobile 5G WiFi and VOIP telephone). Renter pays for electricity, propane, water, trash, and other routine expenses, upkeep.
Smoking is not permitted.
Minimum lease duration is one month, maximum 1 year. Require first and last months rent and security deposit on signing. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100, 2 dogs only.
