Pictures can not justify the feel and size of the loft. The living area offers dual French doors opening onto the private balcony featuring a small dining space and comfortable lounge area overlooking the city from the 10th floor. You even have a peek view of the bay.

Enjoy the luxury of high quality stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile floors, laminate floors, custom closet doors, lots of storage space, a laundry closet with a big washer and dryer set, 60 inch TV in living room, King bed with finest linens, second TV by dining, sound table, Dyson vacuum, AC, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, nice linens and bath towels. A nice adjustable desk and comfortable chair is set up along the window and allows for a great working experience from home. There is also the option to have a second desk set up on the other side of the window (instead of the bike that's shown in the picture). For your convenience there is a printer/scanner that can be used. A dedicated parking space easily fitting a midsize SUV is included as well. The main bathroom offers a big luxurious quartz countertop and a tub shower. This is one of the best insulated buildings in town. You will not hear your neighbors.

The location could not be better. Nice coffee shops, many restaurants as well as convenience stores are just steps away. Walk to downtown Little Italy or the harbor in less than 5 minutes. Famous 'Pappalecco' is just steps away and offers the best ice cream in town and a wonderful breakfast. The Gaslamp, downtown shopping and dining, Seaport Village and Balboa Park is in 10-15 minutes walking distance. The beach is within 10 minutes driving and access to highway 5 is easy and fast.
