Description
This is truly a rare opportunity to own property in paradise! Located at this extraordinary small island community of Pine Island in the Weeki Wachee area of west central Florida, this outstanding lot has an unobstructed westerly view of the Gulf of Mexico. The amazing sunset and sunrise views from Pine Island change daily and provide food for the soul. You'll be surrounded by an abundance of nature and wildlife viewing opportunities here, and you'll be in awe of the sunset views that will be visible from the privacy of your home. The lot has already been well prepared for construction. Over 500 yards of clean fill was leveled onto the lot to provide good drainage, and trees were selectively removed to provide ample room for your island home . Remaining vacant lots on Pine Island are almost non-existent, and this one has one of the very best views on the island! Just a few blocks from this awesome lot, at the end of Pine Island Drive is a public beach park with impressive amenities. Bayport Pier and Park with public boat ramps and outstanding picnic facilities is nearby, as is the world famous Weeki Wachee Springs Mermaid attraction and Buccaneer Bay Water Park. Three other waterfront parks are located nearby, including Roger's Park on the Weeki Wachee River, where you can swim or kayak in clear spring water while you experience close-up views of manatee and other wildlife that reside on the Adventure Coast. Seller will consider making a complete set of architectural drawings available for viewing by prospective buyers. If you love the beach, wildlife, and stunning scenery, don't miss an opportunity to check out this lot while it's still available.
