"If the gates worked continuously it would be much better. Since Elgin became wider, traffic is speedway loud. It makes no sense that the speed limit is 55 as we sit between two schools. The neighbors are neighborly. The properties are well maintained. "

"it's a quiet and safe place excellent for families and single young people as well. it is clean and other than the wild pack of coyote/wolf hybrids that come out at night it is a wonderful place to live. there are stores and restaurants near by and most of the neighbors are retired."
