    "We attend the Sutton Place Food Festival where the local vendors offer samples of their foods. There is a weekly farmers market. Our neighborhood has a nice promenade in the river for jogging, look at the river and two Dog parks. The dog parks host seasonal events like Halloween parties and costume contests."
