"I used to visit this home when my friend lived here with her two small children; and during the visits I witnessed several instances when teenagers from the Flynn middle school would walk home and commit crimes, say slanderous things to the residents in the neighborhood and cause random problems that could cause injury to elderly and children. The home was equipped with a security system and there were still times when things were stolen from the property including plants that were in the ground as part of the landscaping. Racial and ethical slurs were often called out by teenagers walking home from the nearby junior high school and officers were often called to intervene but were often rendered useless in handling the multiple complaints filed. The family was forced to move due to the harsh living conditions which threatened her and her children. The neighborhood has gone downhill over the past several years and that is why I would not recommend this location for elderly or those with young children. There were also instances where law enforcement were called to deal with damages to personal property on the residence and they were not able to handle these complaints in a manner that was effective in resolving the problems or preventing further problems from arising."
