High ceilings with ceiling fans. Large tiled utility room. Updated kitchen and bath. Black stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, gas range and microwave. Hard wood flooring and tile, with Flor carpet rugs in some rooms. Storm door. Fenced front yard. Includes other upgrades and attractions.
Owner pays reasonably incurred utilities. Owner will specify thermostat setting requirements which are reasonable and comfortable for most individuals. Natural gas range, water heater and dryer. Natural gas central heat and electric central air conditioning.
One bedroom is set up as a bedroom with Tuft&Needle Mint king size bed, 2 dressers and closet. Other bedroom is set up as office with desk, desk chair, small couch and dresser containing extra sheets and towels. One king bed, 2 dressers and one closet in master and other furnishings in house (including corner sectional couch and 2 chairs in living area) shown in pictures will be available for use by tenant. Other closets will be locked and contain our belongings. Laundry room is large and can be used for storage.
Very desirable location. Three (3) houses from swinging pedestrian bridge and near other pedestrian/auto bridges to access Animas River Trail (hike and bike) and Downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions on Main Avenue, grocery stores (City Market, Natural Grocers and Albertson's) and other shopping. Walk or bike to Durango Recreation Center, Durango High School and other locations on North Main. Short drive to Ft Lewis College.
One tenant and dog in unit upstairs. Upstairs tenant has sole use of backyard. Front yard and porch swing will be available to downstairs tenant.
$2,650 per month furnished. Security Deposit $2,300. Tenant must thoroughly clean property at departure.

Dog/Cat negotiable for additional fee with approval of owner.
Parking for maximum of 2 cars on street. West Park Ave is a snow route so if there are more than 2 inches of snow, cars must be moved to nearby street so snow plow may clear street.

The landlord may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Confirm PTSR requirements directly with the landlord.

"Easy. The whole town is just a few miles wide. Easy. Short commute. Express way and/or back country roads. Early morning is a bit co grated with school hours and morning traffic but otherwise, super quick and easy. "

"live near here. Durango is relatively low crime, this is in the higher crime area of durango, just be alert. Bldg. is clean, location is on very busy 8th Ave, but within 1 mi. of downtown."
