The living room and bedroom have new electric air conditioning and heater units. Bathroom is furnished, and includes towels and a hair dryer. You have access to the backyard, which includes patio seating for 11. The washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry room in the back area of the premises. This unit has one assigned outdoor parking space on the premises. Only 2 miles or a 10 minute drive from the beach.

- Each adult must complete an application.
- Income and employment verification.
- Copy of photo ID

If application is approved:
- $1,800 deposit to secure the unit
- $1,800 first month's rent due three days prior to move-in date
- Proof of rental insurance due three days prior to move-in date

I wish people could figure out the traffic circle it’s not that hard .. and we need more greenspace ( and a dog park at plaza zaferia). Other than that no complaints "

    "nothing special, people don't get together, people don't pick up after their dogs, and you can see people drinking and smoking at the park while kids play in the playground. there's no sense of pride and respect for the neighborhood. there are people doing nothing at the park all the time."
