The following dog breeds and types, whether full or mixed, are prohibited: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf hybrids, any combination mix of the foregoing breeds, and any other breed or type that Landlord deems to have similar characteristics. "I live right outside the city limits, but am a 15/20 minute drive from downtown seguin. 123 can get congested during morning and after work/school traffic, but that's everywhere. It's very easy to navigate throughout seguin. "

"Very easy, light traffic. There usually is light to medium traffic in the morning. Afternoons are not very crowded either. The evening is the only time and I would still say there is only medium amount of traffic. "

"I've lived about two blocks from this house for eight years. I really wish it had been available when I bought mine. If I had the money I'd buy it in a heartbeat. One of the prettiest areas in Seguin, very quiet, about a mile to HEB, WalMart, etc. Back yard of this house is wonderful - very large and slopes all the way down to the creek. House does NOT flood - a consideration in this general area."
