Very festive and family friendly. At Christmas we all put out luminaries as well as individual decorations. The park is the center of activity with the pool and walkways, very well maintained and a central meeting and social spot. this is an older, well kept neighborhood, the home I live in will be 100 years old next June. Many of the homes are well maintained and beautiful, each has such character."
