"This neighborhood is seeing a lot of reinvestment. The coming light rail station across 40th will offer easy access to the airport. Downtown is five minutes by car and fifteen by bike. There are a lot of engaged neighbors in Clayton with more moving in every week. The parks are well used. Clayton's location and community can't be beat."
