"Very centrally located but not to urban. It is always the 4th of July in Sarasota Springs!!! Good schools, but stagnant wages around here except for professionals, not many of whom live in this part of town. Cost of living is high in Sarasota, but it this is a better place than most it is worth it."

"Great Neighborhood. Nice families and kids regularly play in the area. Many stop signs and speed bumbps to keep car speeds slow. Restaraunts and shopping areas near by and close access to I-75. Many walk to neighborhood for just a friendly stroll, or to walk pets. No HOA fees "
