"Yes I’m Feel very safe here people work every morning their dogs walking themselves exercising very safe friendly community and yet you live a very private life in the same time who is a great view of the ocean People obey the rules of the building respecting each other I enjoy living here everybody else for a good time and good life People excepting each other with what they are"

"There is law prohibiting walking pets on sidewalks so you have to carry them. The beaches also don’t allow pets. "

"This area needs more dog parks because the street is crowded with dogs. I like dogs but think they need more space and our ecosystem needs relief. They have to poop and pee and even though everyone picks up it’s seems unsanitary that all these dogs poop and pee on tiny grass areas. It can’t be good for the lawns or the environment. The Galt would benefit from a designated dog run area."

"One of the few areas where you don't need a car. Everything you might need is within walking distance. And just take an elevator to the beach. amazing."
