"A fenced pet walking path and pet playground would be great. A lost and found center would be nice. A free animal clinic that came through the area twice a year to vaccinate, etc. would be a nice feature. A good pet-grooming and daycare would be a good feature for our community."

"Assistance in monitoring and encouraging academic and social achievement is important for the parents in our community (Weekly or by-weekly Group Sessions). Gardening and cooking classes would be great for students and parents. Encouraging and making it easy for parental participation with their children's school PTA, teachers, and staff is also important. Parenting classes that respect parents at all levels are needed. Afterschool and summer programs for middle school students is needed for our community. Middle school is a risky stage for students."

"DON'E BE AFRAID TO BUY ON CLAIRE DRIVE SE. THIS AREA IS FINALLY COMING BACK. I HAVE BEEN INVESTING IN THIS AREA FOR 15 YEARS. BELIEVE ME IT HAS GREATLY IMPROVED. THERE IS NOT TRAILER TRASH THAT IS BUYING HERE. MAYBE TRAILER TRASH RENTING. HOPEFULLY YOUNGER PIONEES WILL LOCATE THIS AREA. ESPECIALLY CLAIRE DRIVE. NICE PEOPLE LIVE ON THIS STREET. COME AND CHECK THE DEALS OUT. LIKE THIS ONE FOR INSTANCE. MY SON RENOVED IT AND IT WAS TORN OUT/DOWN AND THE WHOLE STRUCTURE IS NEW. GREAT DEAL FOR SOME ONE LOOKIN A NICE PLACE TO LIVE !"
