Downstairs has the largest room (queen bed) with couch & TV, and desk. Shower and sink along with toliet and sink in 2 separate bathrooms. A very large laundry room along with another desk and workspace downstairs.
The property has a park-like setting surrounded by 9 tall spruce trees. We have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. 2 car deep garage and cover back patio.

Fully furnished, all utilities with WiFi included, flexible on deposit and cleaning fee ($250). 2 weeks or 1 month lease until May 2024. Absolutely no smoking. We are looking for a respectful tenant that will treat our lovingly cared for home like it's their own.
