Love this community and hope to raise a family here in the near future. Plus, I’m born and raised SoCal and never plan on leaving. You can’t beat the beach and going to the mountains in the same day. Warm weather and a tight knit community make living here so great. Hope this helps anyone who’s looking to buy or rent in the future. And make sure to go down Ocean Park Boulevard to the beach! Great parking and a very cute park at the end. Plus, Main Street has a ton of restaurants. Happy buying/renting! "
