The closets, pantry, cupboards, garage, and laundry room offer plenty of storage space.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in closet, and a 3/4 bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, closet, and 2 desks for working. The third bedroom is a fitness room furnished with rubber flooring and equipment. A second full bathroom is located along the hallway along with a large linen closet. The property also features laundry machine/dryer, Wi-Fi, two-car garage, fruit trees, and berry bushes. A compost bin and garden space are also available. Ask about the potential use of bicycles, yard games, kayak, and canoe.

The Lake Forest neighborhood is known for its mature foliage and towering Douglas firs. There is a privately owned park with access to Long Lake for HOA residents (a gate code to the park will be provided). Lastly, the Lake Forest Elementary School is located 2 blocks away with a large grass field for after school, weekend, and summer use.

The fitness equipment can be removed from the 3rd bedroom upon request. The desks in the 2nd bedroom can be relocated upon request. The tenant is responsible for yard maintenance (mowing). Lawn service can be provided for a fee. No pets are allowed on the property without prior permission. Utilities are included and smoking is not allowed on the property. Vehicle parking in the garage is not allowed, but garage storage is available. $40 application fee for background check.
