"I get to work in Carrollton off Luna in 13 minutes via riverside. Downtown Dallas is 15 minutes. Fort Worth is 20-30 minutes. I do wish there was another grocery store besides Tom Thumb in a closer area, maybe O’Connor and 114 or O’Connor and 183."

"it's a safe neighborhood, mostly comprised of working class, middle class and upper middle class residents. There's not a lot to do with kids here but in the surrounding areas there's plenty of parks. it's more geared towards active young to middle aged adults with discretionary income. "

"Yes they would like living in Las Colinas. There are lot of beautiful walking areas. Side walks are good and there’s a lake nearby. There are lot of shops nearby and a nice ice cream shop.
