"Have lived in this area for nearly 20 years and it is a great place to live. Close to the ocean there is no need for air conditioning and the air is very clean. Due to access from only the north and east, it is private and quiet. Homes are very well kept with a lot of renovation and remodeling indicating the neighborhood continues to improve."
