"I lived here almost 3 years, i was robbed, car almost towed and neighbors always complaining, cant make any noises in pool, no music or talk loud, its more for seniors, don’t recommend it if you have kids"

"I live here and most people I greet on walks are very nice and polite even their dogs are polite. The only thing I worry about are the cats. Many kittens are born in this area and as residents we are not allowed to feed of shelter them. This makes me sad "
