"Lots of random gun shots, broken windows, people getting into cars at nite. Disrespectful neighbors. I live by the creek and the smell is disgusting "

"These are two new builds in an older neighborhood, so they stick out. Neighbors weren’t friendly and dogs were loud. Close access to some main arteries, but not highways and back streets are a winding maze, easy to get turned around. "
