"Dog owners often walk dogs in our neighborhood. The dogs are friendly. We have small children and have not been concerned about our children being harmed by the animals. The dog owners are neighborly and allow the kids to pet the dogs quite often. Very small town-like feel in our neighborhood. "

"Wonderful neighborhood. The elementary school is in my backyard so my kids walk to school, but even better in the summers because they have the school playground. Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
