"it's being gentrified and I'm not feeling it to be honest, this is one of the neighborhoods I feel more safe to live in that's low to mid class and affordable in fort Lauderdale and lately I feel like it's being a bit exposed. hopefully we can win our neighborhood back. stay tuned y'all."

"I grew up in this neighborhood (one street over from where I bought this time) and I moved back last year. It is very close to I-95, 595, and Federal Highway. There is shopping, restaurants, and the beach close by."
