    "it's being gentrified and I'm not feeling it to be honest, this is one of the neighborhoods I feel more safe to live in that's low to mid class and affordable in fort Lauderdale and lately I feel like it's being a bit exposed. hopefully we can win our neighborhood back. stay tuned y'all."
