"There are many walking trails, both paved and unpaved, that are well kept and spacey. Lots of friendly neighbors that wave and chat if you pass them while out walking. "

"Many families living here for the past 14 years. Family oriented. Great neighbors. We have law enforcement and first responders who live here. Pool ad park. Close to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, gas, Baptist church, 7 miles from turnpike, 35 min to parks, and 45 min to Orlando International airport."

"Police patrol several times throughout the evening and late at night as well. I walk my dog by myself and feel perfectly safe strolling my Sheba around the block at midnight by myself ❤️"

"We celebrated Halloween throughout the neighborhood every year and each houses have their own design or theme each year followed by trick or threats . Then after Thanksgivings each houses have their own Christmas decorations outside that give colors and meaning for the holidays."
