It's an easy 5 minute drive to charming downtown Mill Valley, San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge is a mere 15 minute drive, Stinson Beach is just about 20 minutes away and it's close to all of beautiful Marin County and less than an hour drive to Wine Country.

This home is perfect for a couple, small family, or group of close friends; and offers a peaceful and fun retreat to have many adventures.

A high-ceilinged entryway leads to a light-drenched open living room with smart TV, large windows and wood fireplace with access to a sunny, private outdoor patio with a propane BBQ. Relax in the zen garden and enjoy the local nature and wildlife.

The contemporary kitchen with modern cabinetry comes with everything you may need to prepare home-cooked meals or to entertain small groups. A dining room off the kitchen boasts a large dining table with seating for 7. A bright blue powder room completes the ground floor. A washer and dryer as well as gym equipment are located in the garage and are available for your use during your stay.
Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and sunny windows are located upstairs. There is plenty of storage space and access to a large walk-in closet. A full bath with tub and shower is shared by the bedrooms.

A small office nook is situated in a quiet part of the house overlooking the front walkway. It was designed specifically for remote work. A desk and chair is provided with printer and monitor setup if needed.

Guest access
1 car parking spot is available during guest stay. Street parking can be limited but is available. Close to bus transit.

Furnished house. Lease date starts July 1, 2024.

First months rent + security deposit due upon signing. Minimum 30 days rent but flexible on lease term/duration, not to too exceed 6 months.

Owner pays for water, internet & garbage. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Weekly trash pickup. Landscaping provided.

Parking spot included. Shared driveway with neighbor.

No pets. No smoking.
