MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed with an ensuite standing shower equipped with shampoo and conditioner. The room includes a 50 inch SmartTV to watch movies on, and books on the nightstand to relax with. The master offers a walk in closet with plenty of space to hang clothes.
SECONDARY ROOMS, both of the secondary rooms have queen beds. No matter which room you settle into, you're sure to get a good nights rest. All bedrooms feature plush mattress, fluffy pillows, and closets with hangers for your clothing. The single bedroom has a ceiling fans. There is new carpet in all rooms, along with blinds for privacy.
* Owner pays for all utilities
* Longer reservations are welcomed, but minimum of 1 month lease.

"I live on Peters Colony nearby, and people walk our street to Woodlake. Crime is negligible-just check the stats. Very pretty trees and an unofficial dog park across from the lake, which attracts many people to the lake. Excellence of natural beauty is not appreciated by those who have not lived in this neighborhood. Houses kept up very well on our street. We have a very diverse population. Even singles can afford a house in this neighborhood."
