 This property is only a few years old and current tenants have kept the house looking new. Great location Close to Greenville, Spartanburg, and Greer areas. New neighborhood and new construction. 2 car garage, and the rental has a washer and dryer in the home as well. Replaced all flooring with Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout the home less than a year ago. One story house with large master bedroom and two other good sized bedrooms as well. Open floor plan with large kitchen that overlooks the family room. The Neighborhood play area (large swing set, monkey bars, etc.) is just a very short walk down the street.
The house was originally one of the Ryan Model Homes when the neighborhood was new, several of the pictures are from that time and I have updated some new photos of the new flooring.

I prefer no pets in the home, but would be open to a small dog or cat for the right tenant. Renter is responsible for mowing the lawn and keeping the yard up to the neighborhood standards. Owner pays for taxes and HOA fees, but the renter is responsible for Power and Water. The home does not have natural gas. Heat and Hot Water are electric. Lease is for one year, but will entertain multiple year lease if interested.
