Mass transit, coffeehouses, gym, and churches are all readily accessible, with Wissahickon Park a two-minute drive away. The central location (ten minute drive to Bala Cynwyd, twenty to Temple University, fifteen to restaurants, concerts, and theater in Mt. Airy) is a boon."

"This area has always been a friendly neighborhood. Over time it has become quieter and better. More establishments are being filled and the old houses are being rebuilt. It’s close to the highway, Wissahickon trails, and etc. This community is very urban."
