"There are many families in this neighborhood and kids can play safely in the front yard and in the street because we don't get that much through traffic! I hear that Wasden is a great local elementary school, but we do not have children so I can't say for sure!"

"We walk our dogs nightly and like the lack of car traffic in the neighborhood. We do wear reflective clothing at night because not every street is lit up. We even bought our dogs blinky light collars so drivers can see us."

"We are centrally located and less than 1 mile west of downtown, with at least 3 different options to access US 95 & I-15. There are 2 hospitals and a grocery store nearby, and several dining options, as well. The major roadways are far enough away to limit traffic noise."

"This neighborhood is safe, filled with wonderful people who know one another and love their neighborhood. There are a couple of rentals but otherwise it is great. The homes are incredible. "
