"6 minutes from DFW airport without air traffic overhead, 5 miles of park excellent for walkers, jogging, playground, dog park, wooded paths, fields, pond, tennis courts..perfect for families, retireees to walk their pets. Safe area, neighborly people. Close to 3 major hwys, shopping, 6 different grocery stores within one exit either direction..our neighborhood seems to be in a nice little pocket that has not seen major storm damage since I have been here in 2004. Schools are very good in this school district which is GCISD. Diverse area with moderate to high income levels. Two new neighborhoods built nearby with homes starting in the 300k.."

"This area of north Euless is the most affordable area to live in and be in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. The neighborhood is surrounded by parks, running and biking trails, sand volleyball courts, and a dog park. Five minutes to the airport and 25 minutes from Dallas or Fort Worth. "
