Pool & spa home, nestled in the highly coveted Starlight Ridge neighborhood right across from Ronald Reagan Park. Expansive lot. Solar = no electric bills!

Outdoor amenities include a heated pool & spa, built-in BBQ, two distinct patio areas, a lush front and back lawn, garden, and shaded relaxation spots.

Inside, the living areas and bedrooms have engineered wood flooring & crown molding. The living room features a fireplace and generous windows that provide a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The residence has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom slider opening onto the backyard, and two bathrooms. The master bathroom has recently been renovated with exquisite finishes. The kitchen, ideal for casual dining, offers a slider to the patio, as does the living room. Whole house fan and fans in every room. Spacious 2 car garage with cabinet storage. Two sheds.

The rental includes all appliances: a new dishwasher and gas dryer, and the remaining appliances are well-maintained (refrigerator/freezer, microwave and washing machine). Included in rent: Lawn service, pool service (pool also has a robot cleaner but, you will be responsible for skimming the pool as needed), HOA and solar.
If you have an EV, the property features a charging station outlet, you must supply your own unit as the charging unit will be removed by the owners.

Conveniently situated for easy access to dining and shopping options, this property also offers a prime vantage point for the annual Fourth of July Temecula fireworks.

NOTE: some photos have been taken from the MLS when the home was purchased. The kitchen, bedrooms 2 & 3 now have a light/fan and bedrooms 2 & 3 also have new faux wood blinds. We are in the process of moving so, things aren't exactly photo-worthy right now.

We are looking for responsible, long term renters. This lease can be longer than a year. It's actually preferred.
Renter is responsible for all utilities. This includes any small bill you may receive from SCE. The most we've ever paid (we charge our vehicle) is $30. Home is under an HOA so, you must maintain the property accordingly. We will have a lawn service come out.
No smoking except for outside away from the home. This includes no smoking in the garage.
Pets allowed (only 2 dogs and/or cats).
First months rent is due upon the beginning of your lease prior to moving in along with security deposit.
When submitting your application, we ask that you present your two most recent pay stubs for all parties on the lease. You have the choice of either filling out the application on Zillow or ours. If using ours, we require $40 for each occupant over the age of 18 as background and credit checks are required.
Once application is approved, you will be provided with a full lease agreement for your review. We will retain the hard copy & provide you with a copy of the terms.

"There’s far less traffic than some other areas. There are prime rush hours on the highway in the morning and evening, but those can be avoided by timing your commute or taking back roads that take the same amount of time but feel faster. Overall, the commute is not bad. "
