"Shandon is the premier choice for Columbia residents, as evident by home values. People are friendly, the neighborhood is diverse in age and interests, plenty of places to eat, drink & shop within walking distance. Public shcools are good. You'll see college students co-mingling with young families and single professionals! It's a wonderful place to live. "
