"A lot of homeowners here let their dogs roam the neighborhood. Most are nice but some are not so I am limited to only walking one dog at a time so that I will have more control if a neighbor's dog decides to come at us. "

"Many of the properties have become rentals where owners are not present. With the park/carousel and ball parks and elementary school so close by, it would be a fantastic place to raise a family if only more people owned the homes they lived in and showed pride in their properties."
