Penn's Landing has a tradition of great summer and fall festivals, plus the premier spot for the New Year's Eve Fireworks. New editions to the area include Race Street Park, a beautiful stretch of green underneath the Ben Franklin Bridge, and a soon-to-open art space and café across the street."
