"Dirty block, you have to park on the sidewalk. Your car will get trashed, scratched, tires slashed. I have lived all over Philadelphia and this is the only place that my car has been broken into. Twice. Your house is probably safe, no problems there. Very walkable to anywhere in center city. Tons of things to do nearby, lots of great restaurants are in range. Public transportation is great. The neighborhood school is Kirkbride, which is horrendous. There are many other nearby choices though. I lived here for 4 years, and these are my thoughts."

"Dickinson Park Area is a good area to live, parking is not too bad, community is fairly solid and secure, acces to center city is easy and there are some nice restaurants just a block asway from the park."
