TENANT SELECTION CRITERIA: - Owner will consider credit history and scores . Evictions, multiple or recent (less than a year old) bankruptcies, utility collections, repos, auto repossessions - will NOT be accepted and they will result in an immediate decline. Income (must be documented three times monthly rent), Employment history, rental history, and references. All applicants must upload with application 3 months pay stubs. If the dogs are well ordered by owner , they are also welcomed. Most of the neighborhoods here have perks here. In the morning , you can see they walking with their their dogs on the road.
