5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school does not communicate with students or parents. They lie about what they care about, for example; Mental Health. I know a student who wants out of a class because a teacher is rude to them, rules them out of things, and this said student has severe social anxiety (an anxiety disorder). This student requested out of this class the school said “No.” and reasoned why. “We made it clear this was a year around class.” And despite telling the school personally asking what they why could do to improve the students mental health, (which was noticeably getting worse Worse grades, acting different etc) The school still said no most likely because, They don’t actually care for their students. Sending your kid here could make this happen to them too.Parent Review1y ago - Heritage High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe originally chose Heritage for our child based upon their strong scholastics and while Heritage certainly excels in this area, there are many more aspects of this High School that one should research and consider before enrolling their child at Heritage. If your child has any special needs, need counseling advice, has a 504 or IEP, please consider a different school for your child. The teachers at Heritage are great however the administration is not. There is little support at Heritage for both students and parents. They will bully you into doing what is convenient and suits their agenda versus what is best for your child.Parent Review6mo ago - Runyon Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLet me start by saying that everyone’s experience is different, so please understand this review is solely based on personal experience. 1. Lack of parent and staff communication. 2. Staff is a priority over parental concerns. 3. Unprofessional and one sided. Incident one, there was a situation between multiple students that was inappropriate for anyone that age, I won’t go into details, but the school brushed it off like it was no big deal & just a fabrication. 2. My daughter was struggling to put her backpack on when I noticed a staff member do absolutely nothing to help her until she realized I was watching her, and then decided she would help. Again, this was how I viewed this situation. 3. I discussed with the principle how a staff member improperly checked my daughter into school and how she handled the situation after, instead of informing me that my daughter needed to walk around. How she spoke to me, felt condescending because I was not aware of the proper process for school check in. Especially, after using this entryway multiple times with no problems. After this incident, this staff member proceeded to call my daughter a “he” when she had on pink attire. Again, this was how I experienced the situation. I decided to call and talk with the principal to talk about my experience, so when I received a callback after she spoke with the staff member, I will just say the voicemail the principal left me was incredibly disappointing! I wish I could share the voice audio here so other moms or dads can understand why I am choosing to leave a review. It would have been great as an educator, for her to be a natural party and have empathy for both people. Instead, she belittled me and made it seem like it was all my daughter and I’s fault for my concerns. In her eyes, due to COVID, the “teachers” could have done no wrong. The voicemail made me feel like she was putting all responsibility on me and expressing that “all the teachers and staff are having a hard time this year”, as if the parents are not. I don’t know if this is fair to say, but I believe COVID has been an adjustment for everyone. My overall experience dealing with Damon Runyon Elementary School has been a huge disappointment. In fact, due to my experience I am considered an “upset person”, her words, not mine. When in actuality, I am a mother who spoke up for her daughter who is too young to know when people are not being kind or treating her with kindness. My daughter’s teacher is amazing!Parent Review3y ago - Littleton Prep Charter School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school! Teachers and administration are wonderful, and facilities are very nice! One of the few schools in the Denver Metro offering Orton Gillingham which makes it really stand out. The teachers, principal and all the staff supporting have gone above and beyond with our children. We feel blessed to be at this school!Parent Review2y ago - Check out schools near 2971 W Long Dr #C.

"This area is right on both Littleton High School and the adjoining Arapahoe County Field where a great many sports, band, and graduation events occur nearly year round (deep winter excepted). Be prepared for traffic that is all too often unsafe, early band practices, and the crowds associated with events of the aforementioned nature. Most everyone keeps to themselves but keep an eye on your front porch: Amazon packages have definitely started disappearing over the past year; even from our protected, blind entryway. "

"The neighborhood may seem crowded to the individuals that just passed by, but it is an entire family unit in friends ranging from kids to adults. We often sit outside and talk enjoying the evening whether it’s cold or a nice warm starry night"
